Gifted Services

Gifted Services provides services to support the development and growth of local school district programming for gifted students. Fairfield County Education Service Center collaborates with local district curriculum staff to integrate and align services and programming. These services are provided to districts for a fee (Please see services cost sheet).

Gifted Services include:

  • Testing and identification
  • Placement of gifted students
  • Communication among parents, teachers and administrators
  • Written Educational Plans (WEP) assistance
  • Gifted program evaluation
  • Compliance and accountability requirements
  • Parental support
  • Other identified needs
